Refund and Return Policy

At MeenaJugnu, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

A product will only be eligible for return if:

  • It is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • It is returned in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories are attached.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is provided.

  • The return request is made within seven days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted products

  • Customised or made-to-order products

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Hygiene-sensitive products and selected accessories

  • Products returned after the allowed return period

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photos or a video of the product and packaging. After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges if the product is being returned because of a size issue, personal preference, or change of mind.

MeenaJugnu will cover the return charges if an incorrect or defective product was delivered.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by our team. We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method, bank transfer, or store credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the wrong or defective product was delivered.

Size Exchange

Size exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or another suitable option may be offered.

Right to Refuse a Return

MeenaJugnu reserves the right to refuse any return if the product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
